You’re Invited To Christmas Eve! This year we will be hosting an indoor gathering for Christmas Eve. Join us for a night of worship in celebration of the HOPE that has arrived! There are three opportunities for you to participate below. We can’t wait to gather with you and your friends & family.

Join us for a host of holiday celebration this season!

Hope Has A Name Devotional

For 25 days, we will countdown to Christmas by reading God’s Words as a church family during the ADVENT season. Our hope is this devotional will give you an opportunity to spend time with God daily.

Caroling Opportunity

Join us for an evening of caroling and cookies, as we get to know our neighbors in Bithlo. Don’t sing? No worries!  Just bring your holiday cheer and be ready to have some fun! 

WHEN: December 12, 3:30-6:00pm

WHERE: Meet at River Run Campus to caravan over at 3:15 or meet us at Orange County Academy in front of the orange building at 3:30.

Hope Tree

Bring the joy of Jesus to our community this Christmas 

Thank you all for your amazing generosity! Our Hope Trees were completely lit up after just 2 Sundays! 

If you have already picked up a stocking or an ornament, you can drop off your gifts at the church any time between now and Sunday,  December 5th.

If you’d still like to give, we have online opportunities available for you!

Parents Night Out

Christmas can be a crazy time! We want to provide some intentional time for parents to get last minute shopping complete -OR- just be together! We will have a team of volunteers to engage and play with the kids with toys and games as well as food! We are taking all the excuses away for being able to enjoy time together worry free. All ages welcome (based on your comfort level)

DATE: December 20, 6-9pm
AGES: Babies-Early Middle School
COST: $5 per kid

FAQs

Do I need a ticket to attend?

Yes! Although this is a FREE event, we want to be sure that our team can provide a safe and inviting environment for all of our guests to enjoy. Reserve your ticket above! 

Will there be child care?

Childcare will be provided babies-pre-k. 
 

Are Face Coverings Required?

Since this is an outdoor gathering and we are able to adequately practice social distancing, we will not be requiring face coverings for this event. However, please feel free to wear one for your own comfort. Our volunteers and staff will be wearing face coverings. 
 

What time does seating begin for this event?

Parking and seating will begin at 5:30pm. 
 

Will you be streaming the Christmas Eve Gathering?

Yes! We will begin streaming through our website riverrunchurch.com and also through our Facebook Page. Gathering will begin streaming at 6:00pm. 

What safety precautions are you taking?

All of our staff and volunteers will be wearing face coverings. We will also have seating that complies with social distancing guidelines. Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the event space. If you have any further questions please feel free to call the church office at 407-977-5433. 

If you have had any of the following symptoms this week, please join our Christmas Eve Gathering stream from our website or facebook. 

  • Contact with anyone confirmed to have COVID-19 (in the past 14 days)  
  • Cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat  
  • Fever over 100°  
  • Loss of taste or smell  
  • Vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours 

 

What do I need to bring?

Please bring your ticket with you or an electronic copy of your barcode.  

If you will be worshipping with us in our lawn seating section, you will need to bring your own chair for each member of your family or a blanket.  

Feel free to bring snacks!
