You must complete this LIABILITY RELEASE FORM (signed by parent) before going or you cannot attend:

1. Meet at Dinky Dock Park at 9:30am

If you need a ride, we can arrange one with a sponsor to meet at the church.
You must let me know BEFORE Saturday.

2. Bring a water bottle, wear shoes that can get wet, wear sunscreen!

Don’t get burned up, protect your skin

3. All students are required to wear a life jacket.

We will have enough for all. No exceptions.

4. We will travel for 2-3 hours to Kraft Azalea Garden and eat lunch there.

Lunch is provided but if you would like to bring your own, feel free to do so.

5. Estimated time back to Dinky Dock and parent pick up is between 2-3pm.

We will contact parents before we leave the lunch spot.
